Founded in 2010 by Suzy Levian, the brand began with jewelry and grew into a world of meaningful design shaped by color, elegance, family, resilience, and the belief that every woman carries a hidden diamond within herself.

Suzy comes from a 500-year Iranian jewelry lineage, where generations of her family worked with gemstones, craftsmanship, and heirloom design. From the time she was young, jewelry was part of her everyday life. She learned beside her father, sketched designs, watched the beauty of stones come to life, and developed an eye for color, proportion, detail, and emotion. Design was not something she discovered later. It was a language she grew up speaking.

A woman creating her own path

Although Suzy was raised inside a legendary jewelry tradition, she knew she needed to create something that carried her own voice. She worked with her brothers in the family jewelry world, but she felt a calling to build a brand that spoke directly to women. She saw that women were often the ones choosing jewelry for love, celebration, confidence, motherhood, milestones, and self-expression, yet the emotional power of women was not always placed at the center of the design story.

In 2010, while raising six children, Suzy began building her own company. The early years were filled with sacrifice, long nights, and determination. She worked from her home garage so she could stay close to her family, returning to her designs after her children were settled for the night. In that small beginning, she handled the pressure of building a new business while still being fully present as a wife and mother.

Those years shaped the heart of Suzy Levian New York. The brand was not born from distance or luxury for luxury’s sake. It was built from real life: motherhood, family, courage, creativity, late-night work, and the belief that women deserve to feel strong, beautiful, and seen.
